| 1 Do I need a Return Authorization (RMA) number before sending the package back to Rjtoys.com? |
| Yes, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send anything back to rjtoy.com. Return or exchange must be reported within 3 days after you receive the order. We reserve the right to refuse any package without a RMA number on it. 50% restocking fee will be applied to return without the authorized RMA number issued by us. |
| 2 How do I obtain a RMA number? |
| To obtain a RMA number ,Email rongjiatoys@yahoo.com, please give the detailed reason and information about your request for any exchange and return. Any email attached with the picture(s) of the defective/damaged products will be handled first. We will send RMA No. to your email address once we confirm the return or exchange. |
| 3 After obtaining the RMA number, what steps I need to follow to return my order? |
a: Pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cable, accessories, and etc. Items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. b: Include a copy of the original invoice. Include a note in the return package, please write your name, address, email, phone number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. |
| 4 Do I need to pay the restocking fees? |
| Yes. A 15% restock fee applies to all returns for refund. |
| 5 Do I pay for shipping the item back to rjtoy.com? |
| Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us. In addition all original shipping charges paid by our company for your order, even if the item purchased had a free shipping offer at the time it was shipped, will also be subtracted from the refund amount. Our restock fee covers our expenses to process your return. Original shipping charges are not refundable. |
| 6 Do I need to have the original packaging for returns or exchanges? |
| Yes. To apply for exchange or return authorization the product should be in new unused condition along with all packaging from the original purchase and must show no signs of used. In the case that the retail packaging is not included a 20% restocking fee will be charged |
| 7 If i do not like the item i received, can i return it for refund? |
| Yes, you can return it, however, for non-defective return, 15% restocking fee will apply. |
| 8 How long does it take for me to get the exchange? |
| Return inspection and exchange processing normally takes up to 7 business days. You may expect the exchange arrived in around 15 business days. |

It takes one to two business days for us to process the order before shipment. Once the order is shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local EMS or USPS guidelines for delivery.
Please note that the above estimated days of delivery are not guaranteed and mailing time may be longer than expected, especially during holiday periods and seasons of adverse weather conditions.

| How do I get my EMS or USPS tracking number? |
| The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you timely when your order is shipped. |
| What do I do if an item is received damaged? |
| If the item appears to have obvious shipping damage, immediately tell the UPS driver that you do not want to receive this package. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, call your local shipping company UPS or EMS to report the damage. Obtain a control number from UPS and email rjtoys.com customer service at rongjiatoys@yahoo.com, we will file a damage claim on our side and keep track of the claim for you. Allow around 5-7 business days for the claim to be settled. Exchange or refund will be processed for you after the claim is settled. |
